Requirements
- 2+ years of international payroll and/or benefits administration experience
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, or Australia
- Working knowledge of statutory requirements across EMEA and/or APAC
- Experience with payroll platforms such as CloudPay
- Understanding of global payroll processes and compliance
- Experience managing payroll audits and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Spanish language skills (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Manage statutory payroll filings (HMRC, Seguridad Social, PRSA, Superannuation)
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, pension, and life insurance
- Resolve payroll and benefits inquiries from employees and external partners
- Collaborate with Finance on journal entries and month-end close
- Use AI and automation to improve payroll and benefits efficiency
- Contribute to payroll system integrations (e.g., ADP–Woffu)
