Requirements

  • 2+ years of international payroll and/or benefits administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, or Australia
  • Working knowledge of statutory requirements across EMEA and/or APAC
  • Experience with payroll platforms such as CloudPay
  • Understanding of global payroll processes and compliance
  • Experience managing payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Spanish language skills (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Manage statutory payroll filings (HMRC, Seguridad Social, PRSA, Superannuation)
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, pension, and life insurance
  • Resolve payroll and benefits inquiries from employees and external partners
  • Collaborate with Finance on journal entries and month-end close
  • Use AI and automation to improve payroll and benefits efficiency
  • Contribute to payroll system integrations (e.g., ADP–Woffu)
