Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
- Expertise in paid media management, including A/B testing and ad optimization.
- A solid grasp of direct-response marketing principles and what drives conversions.
- A highly analytical mindset paired with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact experiments and strategies to acquire customers while slashing CPA.
- Take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)—from planning to execution and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, tweak strategies, and always stay ahead of trends to hit and exceed KPIs.
- Optimize funnels, from landing pages to ads, driving conversion rates to new heights.
- Work with designers, developers, and video editors to deliver high-performing marketing assets.
- Don’t just follow the playbook—rewrite it. Use your creativity to build strategies that others wouldn’t dare try.
