  • Strong Excel skills
  • Solid Power Query experience
  • Experience working with reconciliations, financial data, and operational controls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Process-improvement mindset
  • Comfortable using AI/tools to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Own core finance operations
  • Support payments, treasury activities, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and operational finance processes
  • Perform checks, reconciliations, and reviews across financial data and operational workflows
  • Investigate inconsistencies, resolve issues proactively, and improve reliability
  • Use Excel and Power Query to structure, clean, analyse, and improve finance data
  • Automate manual tasks and create scalable ways of working
  • Collaborate across the business with Finance, People Ops, and external providers
  • Operate autonomously to challenge weak processes and drive improvement
