Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Leading Forex, CFD, brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience leading and scaling commercial teams.
- Demonstrated success in market expansion, business development, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD products, trader behaviour, and client lifecycle management.
- Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience managing Thailand and/or Vietnam markets (preferred).
- Existing network of IBs, affiliates, sales partners, or high-value clients across Southeast Asia (preferred).
- Local language capability in Thai and/or Vietnamese (preferred).
- Fluency in Chinese or Cantonese (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for Thailand and Vietnam, covering market expansion, client acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term business development.
- Lead, manage, and scale the existing regional team across sales, business development, partnerships, and supporting functions.
- Own core commercial KPIs including accounts opened, deposits, trading volume, revenue, team productivity, and overall regional performance.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with high-value clients, IBs, affiliates, partners, and other local business channels.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and regional leadership teams to localize go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure strong execution standards across people leadership, budget control, reporting, compliance awareness, and operational effectiveness.
