Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or clinical support
- High school diploma required; degree in healthcare, business, or operations preferred
- Understanding of healthcare workflows or mental health service environments
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., IntakeQ, Epic, Cerner) preferred
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver feedback and address compliance issues
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards or performance reports
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize clinical operations workflows, including provider scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and system troubleshooting
- Manage clinician calendars, align appointments, supervise scheduling quality, and identify productivity improvements
- Support EHR and platform administration, including access management, technical troubleshooting, and chart closure
- Facilitate patient transfers, ensure continuity of care, and resolve operational issues
- Conduct clinician check-ins and serve as a consistent point of contact for care teams
- Deliver performance and compliance-related feedback to clinicians
- Monitor dashboards and clinical data to identify compliance gaps and documentation issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and resolve patient concerns
- Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs and contribute to process improvement initiatives
