🔍 Community Health

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certification as a community health worker or 1-3 years of relevant experience in community health, social services, or related fields.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Must reside in the state of CA.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, including inbound and outbound calls and campaign support.
  • Proficiency in navigating data entry systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Reliable, fast-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional remote work environment, and basic computer literacy.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage members, promote programs, and build trust.
  • Manage inbound calls, addressing member inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide program information, resolve member concerns, and support their participation in health-focused initiatives.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions in the outreach center database.
  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to refine outreach strategies, share best practices, and meet organizational goals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed call targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about company programs, updates, and outreach techniques through ongoing training.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and understanding of the communities being served.
