- Excellent communication skills for phone and written interactions.
- Ability to explain complex insurance or technical issues.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid outreach to new referrals.
- Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and confirm program qualification.
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling, and resolve no-show hurdles.
- Act as a member concierge to troubleshoot tech/platform issues.
- Maintain documentation in Case Management Systems.
- Assist in testing new workflows and document processes.
- Take on special projects as the company scales.
