Requirements
- Significant experience in content marketing, content strategy, events, community marketing, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in creating presentation-based content, educational programming, workshops, and event materials.
- Proven ability to manage and scale strategic content initiatives from concept to execution in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to naturally incorporate product positioning into content initiatives.
- Highly autonomous and proactive mindset, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating cross-functional with marketing, partnerships, product, and community stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively, challenge traditional content playbooks, and build innovative audience engagement strategies.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Strong analytical and audience-focused mindset, with the ability to identify trends, personalize messaging, and create meaningful customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end content strategy and execution for EMEA events, conferences, courses, and educational programs.
- Develop compelling presentation-style content, event programming, workshops, and learning materials tailored to talent and business leaders.
- Own and scale courses and certification initiatives, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with evolving industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, external speakers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful event experiences and community-driven content.
- Conduct audience and customer research to deeply understand market needs and create highly relevant, insight-driven content strategies.
- Repurpose and adapt content across multiple channels and formats to maximize reach, efficiency, and audience engagement.
- Manage operational aspects of content programs, including copywriting, campaign coordination, landing pages, social media messaging, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, events, and community teams to ensure consistency in messaging, goals, and campaign execution.
