Job Details

Experience as a builder with an openness to tackle unknown challenges
Proficiency in Google Slides and systems thinking for visualizing frameworks
Direct experience or close familiarity with product marketing, especially SaaS products
Ability to work autonomously and seek help when needed
Skill in repurposing content across various work streams for maximum impact
Embrace new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and efficiency
Ability to develop a deep understanding of audience-resonate topics and craft personalized copy for various channels
Strong written communication skills are a requirement for everyone who joins the marketing team

Jump into the full content roadmap and development of assets for upcoming EMEA conferences and events
Scale existing program experiments for courses and certifications, keeping content relevant each cycle
Develop a deep understanding of the customer by listening to customer calls weekly
Follow intuition over playbooks and evolve work to meet customer needs
Own all operational work around content programs, including writing social media copy, landing pages, and emails
Work closely with Partnerships, Events, and Community on the marketing team
