Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management
  • Experience in payments or fintech preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Experience managing international clients
  • Understanding of payment technologies and financial services
  • Knowledge of industry regulations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Key Account Management LATAM team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
  • Define and execute account strategies focused on long-term client retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and optimize outcomes
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Act as an executive escalation point for strategic accounts
