Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related role.
  • Strong experience working within Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, workflows).
  • Experience with GTM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach).
  • Understanding of sales funnel metrics, outbound motions, and GTM analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience cleaning/maintaining CRM data at scale with tools like Datagroomr.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth startup sales (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce Dataloader (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze GTM and sales data to identify trends, buying signals, pipeline opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Partner with sales leadership to provide actionable insights for outbound targeting and conversion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Audit, clean, and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
  • Manage and support key GTM tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration including fields, flows, and user permissions.
  • Support territory planning, lead routing, and enrichment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment.
  • Document systems and processes for enablement.
