Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of DME accounts receivable billing experience
- Medicare experience desired
- Brightree software knowledge preferred
- Salesforce software knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Proficiency in Google products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Detail oriented with planning and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients, insurances, or patients.
- Note all communications expediently.
- Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification.
- Approve and create sales orders; review for accuracy.
- Manage shipments and confirm sales orders for delivery.
- Bill claims and/or invoices via electronic, paper, or credit card.
- Monitor patient billing module and update information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on risks and improvements.
- Review sales order reports.
- Support new business models and company policies.
