Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B technology environment
- Experience building both in-person and virtual events
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong project management experience
- Comfortable working with sales, partners, and marketing teams
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Experience supporting or implementing client-facing events, hospitality programs, or executive experiences
Responsibilities
- Build virtual and in-person field marketing programs, including events, partner activations, and regional campaigns
- Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager to support co-marketing programs and joint events
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, invitations, budget tracking, and execution
- Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, including landing pages, email workflows, and lead tracking
- Track, report on program performance, providing relevant insights
- Help plan and accomplish company Sales Kickoff and important company events
- Own planning executive hospitality programs, including NFL and MLB suite experiences
- Ensure a high-touch, premium experience that strengthens relationships and guides pipeline opportunities
