Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B technology environment
  • Experience building both in-person and virtual events
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong project management experience
  • Comfortable working with sales, partners, and marketing teams
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Experience supporting or implementing client-facing events, hospitality programs, or executive experiences

Responsibilities

  • Build virtual and in-person field marketing programs, including events, partner activations, and regional campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager to support co-marketing programs and joint events
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, invitations, budget tracking, and execution
  • Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, including landing pages, email workflows, and lead tracking
  • Track, report on program performance, providing relevant insights
  • Help plan and accomplish company Sales Kickoff and important company events
  • Own planning executive hospitality programs, including NFL and MLB suite experiences
  • Ensure a high-touch, premium experience that strengthens relationships and guides pipeline opportunities
