  • 2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
  • Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
  • Solid grasp of Kubernetes fundamentals, pods, services, deployments, networking, storage, and RBAC
  • Excellent technical written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple customer issues
  • High learning agility and adaptability
  • Comfortable on the command line

Responsibilities

  • Dive into Kubernetes and vCluster environments to debug complex issues
  • Provide responsive technical support primarily through Slack and ticketing systems
  • Partner with engineering to escalate critical issues and communicate customer needs
  • Document common issues, solutions, and best practices
  • Provide on-call support for urgent customer issues across time zones
  • Shape and define support processes and playbooks
