- 2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
- Solid grasp of Kubernetes fundamentals, pods, services, deployments, networking, storage, and RBAC
- Excellent technical written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple customer issues
- High learning agility and adaptability
- Comfortable on the command line
Responsibilities
- Dive into Kubernetes and vCluster environments to debug complex issues
- Provide responsive technical support primarily through Slack and ticketing systems
- Partner with engineering to escalate critical issues and communicate customer needs
- Document common issues, solutions, and best practices
- Provide on-call support for urgent customer issues across time zones
- Shape and define support processes and playbooks
