Requirements
- WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience beyond building a couple of personal sites
- Technical support, customer experience, or customer success experience, ideally with high-volume end users
- Initiative and impact with measurable results
- Exceptional communication
- Fluent English
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to manage workload without heavy oversight
- Unique expertise (e.g., technical troubleshooter, eCommerce expert, leader, operational genius)
- AI fluency, including building workflows, automations, or tools
- Genuinely motivated by having meaningful, substantive conversations with customers every single day
Responsibilities
- Helping customers via email and live chat
- Work 1-2 weekend days per month (with equivalent flex days off during the week)
- Help elevate our entire customer experience by identifying problems before they arise
- Find efficiency improvements
- Pilot new services like onboarding calls
- Mentor peers
