Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics, preferably in tech (SaaS, cloud, AI, or related sectors).
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), data modeling, and analytics tools (Excel).
- Deep familiarity with KPIs like lead conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and sales cycle length.
- Ability to map, document, and optimize workflows
- Strong written and verbal skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can automate processes, resolve data discrepancies, and align operations with business goals.
- Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or revenue operations (e.g., RevOps Co-op).
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth.
- Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and provide leadership with actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Administer our CRM (e.g.HubSpot) and other RevOps tools, ensuring integrations, data hygiene, and system reliability.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align on goals, metrics, and revenue strategies.
- Support forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting with data-backed recommendations.
- Train teams on processes, tools, and best practices, and create documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
