Requirements
- Experience in advisory disciplines including Corporate Finance, Capital Advisory, or broader Financial Advisory.
- Strong academic background.
- Relevant experience gained within a Big 4 firm, advisory boutique, investment bank, corporate bank, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business planning, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset.
- A collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of advisory mandates across both FS and non-FS sectors.
- Analyse financial performance, business plans, and cash flow forecasts to assess company viability.
- Conduct market assessments, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
- Assist in the development of strategic options, including refinancing, business planning, and performance improvement.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Manage multiple workstreams and contribute to the timely delivery of projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Transaction Services, Capital Advisory, and Debt Advisory.
