Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, or Colombia
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — C1 level or higher
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools
  • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or allied health roles (preferred)
  • Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with international or U.S.-based recruitment processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer stage
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Track candidate progress and update recruitment systems accurately
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements
  • Support onboarding coordination for successful hires
