Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, thoughtful communication with every candidate
  • Take full ownership of tasks like resume vetting, proactive outreach, daily screening calls, and end-to-end interview coordination
  • Support high-volume recruitment by managing candidate sourcing, profile tracking, job postings, and interview coordination in Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Schedule and reschedule interviews across multiple rounds with hiring managers, department leaders, and the executive team
  • Ensure timely and clear candidate communication, maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time for interview scheduling and next-step follow-ups
  • Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline with speed, accuracy, and a focus on delivering a positive experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and co-lead bi-weekly People Planning meetings
  • Manage the employee referral process
  • Provide TA, HR, and executive leadership with accurate and timely ad hoc reporting
