Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience building solutions within the HubSpot platform
  • Deep expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem and HubSpot software suite
  • Strong understanding of technologies commonly integrated into HubSpot environments
  • Highly client-facing with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain high client satisfaction while driving measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating complex client challenges

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation projects aligned with client business goals and operational needs.
  • Deliver high-quality CRM and customer lifecycle strategies across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, and HubSpot AI.
  • Develop HubSpot reporting frameworks to track and communicate progress toward client goals.
  • Train clients and internal teams on how to effectively use customized HubSpot environments.
  • Guide and mentor CRM Specialists and support Marketing Strategists on complex initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
  • Obtain HubSpot Trainer Certification and support client onboarding and platform adoption initiatives.
