Job Details

Experience in product strategy, UX strategy, service design, or similar roles with a strong systems-thinking approach.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders around complex topics.
Strong skills in problem framing, structuring ambiguity, and defining clear execution paths.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and turning uncertainty into structured outputs.
Hands-on experience with design systems and lightweight research methods (interviews, surveys, validation cycles).
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and rapid prototyping.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions and drive alignment.
Understanding of when to involve specialists and how to collaborate effectively with design and research teams.

Define product direction by structuring ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements such as roadmaps, BRDs, information architecture, user flows, and sitemaps.
Lead discovery and strategy workshops with stakeholders to align business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
Prioritize product opportunities using desirability, feasibility, and viability criteria, shaping scope and sequencing early in the process.
Conduct lightweight research activities such as interviews, surveys, and validations to inform strategic decisions and reduce uncertainty.
Develop low-fidelity concepts, prototypes, and workshop artifacts using existing design systems to accelerate ideation and alignment.
Collaborate with designers and researchers, ensuring the right level of involvement at each stage and validating early concepts to reduce rework.
Translate insights into structured backlogs and delivery-ready inputs for engineering and product teams.
