Requirements
- Experience defining and scaling Design Ops processes in product-led organizations.
- Strong understanding of Product Management and Engineering workflows.
- Experience supporting Design Systems, documentation, and adoption practices.
- Background in onboarding, training, or capability-building for design teams.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with a scalable mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and evolve Design Ops processes for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Standardize and optimize end-to-end design workflows to improve collaboration.
- Lead onboarding and enablement programs for new designers.
- Build and maintain centralized documentation and knowledge bases in tools like Confluence.
- Support the evolution and adoption of the Design System.
- Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) for design efficiency.
- Act as a central point of contact for design tools such as Figma and Jira.
