Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role
- Strong working knowledge of leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
- Confident presenting complex strategies and turning insights into clear value propositions
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer communications
- Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and Martech (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Experience delivering CRM consulting or advisory services to clients
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Turn complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives that teams can execute confidently
- Join client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle to uncover challenges and shape data-driven strategies
- Support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight
- Run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven CRM principles
- Translate strategic recommendations into clear, actionable plans for execution teams
- Contribute to measurable client success by aligning strategy with KPIs and ROI goals
