  • Strong working knowledge of leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
  • Confident presenting complex strategies and turning insights into clear value propositions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer communications
  • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and Martech (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Experience delivering CRM consulting or advisory services to clients
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives that teams can execute confidently
  • Join client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle to uncover challenges and shape data-driven strategies
  • Support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight
  • Run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven CRM principles
  • Translate strategic recommendations into clear, actionable plans for execution teams
  • Contribute to measurable client success by aligning strategy with KPIs and ROI goals
