Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM or revenue operations experience.
- Proficiency in HubSpot is a hard requirement.
- Strong grasp of sales pipeline management, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting.
- Experience building workflows and sequences.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an async-first, distributed environment.
- Clear and concise written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own daily HubSpot administration including contact records, deal stages, and custom properties.
- Maintain data cleanliness and resolve anomalies and process gaps.
- Build and maintain automation workflows and sequences.
- Coordinate pipeline data with Partner and Managing Partner teams.
- Track and report on funnel metrics and pipeline health.
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign list coordination.
- Support operational onboarding for new members.
