Requirements
- Strong experience with HubSpot (CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools).
- Proven experience designing CRM journeys, lead nurturing flows, and lifecycle communication strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience working with multichannel CRM tools such as WhatsApp, push notifications, bots, and in-app messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating strategic and customer-facing content.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage complex CRM calendars and campaigns.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM communication journeys and automation flows focused on acquisition, retention, and customer engagement.
- Manage email marketing calendars and ensure consistent execution of lifecycle and relationship campaigns.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Implement and optimize multichannel CRM strategies including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and chatbot communications.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insights using HubSpot to continuously improve CRM effectiveness.
- Segment customer and lead databases strategically to improve targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all customer communication touchpoints.
