  • Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Basic SQL knowledge (differential).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau (differential).
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template adjustments (differential).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate CRM activities and ensure alignment between strategy, business objectives, and customer experience.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution while safeguarding performance and deliverability.
  • Plan and maintain the integrated CRM communication calendar to manage frequency.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Generate performance reports and translate data into actionable optimizations.
  • Design and document A/B tests for subject lines, creatives, and segmentation.
  • Develop audience segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data.
  • Ensure database hygiene and contact list management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, product, and creative teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of CRM workflows and strategies.
