Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or direct marketing.
- Strong analytical profile and ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Advanced organizational skills for multi-campaign management.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, RD Station, Insider, or MoEngage.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Basic SQL knowledge (differential).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau (differential).
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template adjustments (differential).
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate CRM activities and ensure alignment between strategy, business objectives, and customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution while safeguarding performance and deliverability.
- Plan and maintain the integrated CRM communication calendar to manage frequency.
- Monitor CRM KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate performance reports and translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Design and document A/B tests for subject lines, creatives, and segmentation.
- Develop audience segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Ensure database hygiene and contact list management.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, product, and creative teams.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM workflows and strategies.
