Requirements
- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
- University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing or offshoring, in a client-facing role
- Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts
- Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time
- Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles such as executive assistants, developers, marketers, analysts, or accountants
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
- Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
- Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations
- Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
- Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up
