Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or technical industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields is a strong advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other sales channels.
  • Identify decision-makers within chemical manufacturing, industrial processing, engineering, and technical organizations.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and fit.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and lead statuses within CRM platforms.
  • Research target companies and industry trends to personalize outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, lead qualification, and booked meetings.
