Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives.
- Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms like Slack.
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. markets.
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and nurture interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connections, appointments booked).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
