Requirements

  • Minimum primary internet connection speed of 15 Mbps, and backup of 10 Mbps capable during power outage.
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Growth Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Branding in a fast-scaled startup or high-volume agency.
  • Proven track record building talent pipelines for Technical (Software Engineering, IT), Healthcare, and specialized Executive roles.
  • Experience navigating the global talent market (LATAM, SEA, EMEA, APAC), understanding localized motivators.
  • Proficient in tracking Cost-per-Candidate (CPC), Cost-per-Lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO-driven job board optimization.
  • Ability to write bold, "thumb-stopping" copy that resonates with high-level professionals.
  • Ability to build and audit a candidate journey, identifying and resolving friction points.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for rapid visual asset production.
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics or ATS data to prove effectiveness and pivot strategies.

  • Be the architect of our talent-facing brand, focusing on aggressive applicant generation.
  • Experiment, iterate, and scale campaigns to attract elite professionals globally.
  • Design and launch creative multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, niche platforms, social media) to drive qualified applicants for Technical and Healthcare roles.
  • Crack the code on hard-to-fill roles by identifying where target candidates are online and convincing them to join.
  • Audit the candidate journey to remove friction and boost conversion rates.
  • Own CrewBloom's Value Proposition and communicate why top-tier professionals should choose us.
  • Rapidly produce engaging content, from LinkedIn posts to newsletters, positioning CrewBloom as a thought leader.
  • Maintain a spotless and exciting digital presence on platforms like Glassdoor and social media.
  • Use data to track ROI, doubling down on effective channels.
  • Monitor the Global Talent Market to stay ahead of competitors, spotting trends in Tech and Healthcare.
