- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills and awareness of broader project impacts
- Able to manage complexity and progress multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, management and evolution of automations, segments and customisation across all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Continuously identify gaps and opportunities within the customer journey, and prioritise new initiatives
- Set the roadmap for how CRM contributes towards our clients’ growth
- Lead the planning and execution of all email and SMS campaigns, including product launches, promotions and key trading moments
- Be proficient in design and various design tools or brief in design to our graphics team
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to our clients audiences and brand tone of voice
- Own CRM reporting and performance analysis across key metrics including revenue contribution, open/click rates, conversion, LTV
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with latest CRM developments and bring new ideas to continuously improve performance
- Ensure data hygiene and integrity as systems and the business evolve
