  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
  • 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience
  • Working knowledge of content management systems
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design
  • Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts; design simple visuals or coordinate with designers
  • Respond to DMs / comments; maintain community engagement
  • Monitor social metrics and report basic performance (likes, shares, reach)
  • Assist in small ad campaigns on social under supervision
  • Plan social media content strategy; align with marketing goals
  • Manage influencer collaborations and campaigns
  • Run paid ads/social campaigns; optimize creatives, audiences, budgets
  • Analyze deeper metrics (engagement per post type, conversion through social, content ROI)
  • Lead small social content teams or external contributors
  • Define social media roadmap; ensure integration with brand, content, product, retention programs
  • Oversee large influencer or brand partnership strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints
  • Optimize budget allocation across platforms and campaign types
  • Reporting to leadership: social performance, impact on business goals
