Requirements
- Experience in social media management, preferably in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and advanced understanding of marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools such as Reportei, mLabs, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation or productivity platforms is a plus.
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and creative mindset with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring proper setup and optimization.
- Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and posting schedules aligned with each client’s objectives and audience.
- Create, adapt, and coordinate content production in collaboration with design and creative teams.
- Execute daily publishing, reposting, audience interaction, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop detailed reports with insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance benchmarks.
- Manage social media campaigns, including boosting and paid amplification in coordination with media teams.
- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and performance reviews, ensuring clear communication of results.
- Handle multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for engagement growth, brand positioning, and new business development.
- Monitor and manage online interactions, including crisis communication when necessary.
