Requirements
- 2+ years of professional social media management experience
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube accounts
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
- Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
- Create and manage structured content calendars across all social platforms
- Define KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions
- Create, write, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop multimedia assets
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions daily
- Support and execute paid and organic social campaigns
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing and improve performance through continuous iteration
