Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience
  • Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and/or YouTube accounts
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
  • Create and manage structured content calendars across all social platforms
  • Define KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions
  • Create, write, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop multimedia assets
  • Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions daily
  • Support and execute paid and organic social campaigns
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing and improve performance through continuous iteration
