Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or performance analysis
- Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first organizations
- Familiarity with paid social amplification, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Experience defining brand voice, content standards, and social media guidelines
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives
- Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, refine, and schedule content at scale
- Own and manage the social content calendar across key platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI-driven insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Define best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance
- Stay current on AI advancements, platform updates, and social media best practices
