- 2–5 years of experience in social media execution
- 2–5 years of experience in virtual assistant / operations roles
- 2–5 years of experience in community management / lead handling
- Strong written English
- Experience using CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
- Experience using Canva (basic level)
- Experience using Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Experience using messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable working in structured environments with predefined systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Edit talking-head videos using prebuilt templates (primarily CapCut)
- Add captions, overlays (e.g., price, location), and covers
- Upload and schedule content across platforms
- Apply captions and formatting correctly
- Respond to inbound messages and DMs across platforms
- Qualify leads before passing them to the founder
- Log and manage leads in CRM systems (Airtable or similar)
- Build and maintain a network of UAE real estate agents
- Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Source off-market real estate deals
- Support the creation and management of WhatsApp groups
- Work daily inside AI tools (primarily Claude)
- Use AI to generate scripts, captions, and content outputs
- Execute tasks based on AI-generated workflows
