  • 2–5 years of experience in social media execution
  • 2–5 years of experience in virtual assistant / operations roles
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management / lead handling
  • Strong written English
  • Experience using CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
  • Experience using Canva (basic level)
  • Experience using Google Workspace
  • Experience using CRM tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
  • Experience using messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable working in structured environments with predefined systems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Edit talking-head videos using prebuilt templates (primarily CapCut)
  • Add captions, overlays (e.g., price, location), and covers
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms
  • Apply captions and formatting correctly
  • Respond to inbound messages and DMs across platforms
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the founder
  • Log and manage leads in CRM systems (Airtable or similar)
  • Build and maintain a network of UAE real estate agents
  • Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Source off-market real estate deals
  • Support the creation and management of WhatsApp groups
  • Work daily inside AI tools (primarily Claude)
  • Use AI to generate scripts, captions, and content outputs
  • Execute tasks based on AI-generated workflows
