Requirements
- Fluent in English (native or near-native).
- Deep familiarity with the AI creative stack including Canva AI, Replit, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, and Adobe Firefly.
- Experience building web assets or microsites.
- Proven track record of social media platform mastery (hooks, retention, algorithmic triggers).
- Strong systems-thinking ability to build reproducible workflows.
- High School graduate or GED.
- College or vocational training is a plus.
- Ability to work a Day Shift.
Responsibilities
- Design on-brand graphics and campaign assets using Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual Brand Kit.
- Prototype lightweight web-based content and campaign microsites using Replit AI.
- Produce and edit short-form video content using CapCut AI, Runway, and Descript.
- Automate content clipping and adaptation using AI tools like Opus Clip.
- Manage and execute strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted production workflows and prompt libraries.
- Monitor channel analytics to refine content strategy.
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
