- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong internet connection and reliable remote work setup
- Proficiency with productivity tools and cloud-based software platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior U.S. immigration law or USCIS-related experience
- Previous law firm experience in any practice area
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Docketwise, Litify, or Neos
- Bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish
- Experience using AI tools within professional workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain organized digital client files within SharePoint and related systems
- Draft immigration-related government forms under supervision
- Communicate with clients regarding document requests, reminders, and status updates
- Operate within Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe, Salesforce, Docketwise, and SharePoint
- Study immigration law concepts and terminology through internal learning resources
