Requirements

  • Proven portfolio of high-performing direct-response ads with measurable results.
  • Experience in DTC and/or e-commerce marketing environments.
  • Strong copywriting skills with expertise in hooks, value-driven messaging, and persuasive CTAs.
  • Solid understanding of audience psychology and consumer decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.
  • Working knowledge of Meta advertising fundamentals and campaign performance signals.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles with clear communication of insights.
  • Comfort working in a remote, async-first, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience motivations, objections, and behaviors across platforms to uncover actionable creative opportunities.
  • Develop conversion-focused creative strategies, including angles, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
  • Write high-performing hooks, scripts, and ad copy across static, video, UGC, and advertorial formats.
  • Build clear, detailed creative briefs for designers and editors to ensure strong execution of concepts.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to refine messaging and identify winning patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and creative teams to shape campaign direction and strategy.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions to present insights, creative rationale, and performance learnings.
