Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, data management, or related fields
- Prior experience working with restaurant menu systems or POS platforms such as Toast, Micros, Aloha, Brink, Xenial, or Positouch
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex structured data where small errors can significantly impact outcomes
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, copilots) to enhance productivity and problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain structured menu data including items, modifiers, variants, upsell logic, and store-level rules that define AI agent behavior across restaurant locations
- Ensure end-to-end accuracy and consistency of all menu configurations, recognizing their direct impact on customer experience and system performance
- Manage continuous updates and optimizations, ensuring rapid turnaround times for menu changes and operational requests
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate configuration tasks, improve QA processes, and reduce repetitive operational work
- Support customers by implementing menu configurations, resolving issues, and managing escalations within defined service timelines
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to troubleshoot system behavior and improve platform functionality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking progress, priorities, and delivery timelines across different accounts
