Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with high-net-worth individuals
- Passion for delivering exceptional and bespoke service
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across various departments
- Experience managing high-pressure situations and resolving issues with minimal disruption
- Understanding of aviation safety importance
- Experience preferred in vetting vendors to ensure compliance with corporate standards
- Experience in relationship building and vendor negotiations
- Willingness and ability to negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors
- Previous experience in the business aviation industry is highly desirable, particularly in private jet charter or flight operations
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of flight booking and scheduling, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.
- Organize ground transportation, catering, and other services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Track flights in real-time, addressing any potential challenges such as delays, diversions, or reroutes.
- Work closely with the other territories and departments to strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of the flight.
- Partner with the accounting team to manage invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation.
- Complete logistic checks for new potential flights, request quotes from preferred operator partners, negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Ensure all aircraft meet Victor's stringent safety regulations and service standards.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's operator directory, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and accessible to the team.
