Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to set and follow through on deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Above-average analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Availability during regular business hours, as well as two weekend dates per month
  • Prior experience as a C-suite executive assistant, UHNW travel agent, private aviation or outside sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP), North America, to drive overall sales goals for the company
  • Resourceful and creative prospecting of new client targets using traditional methods, as well as smart social media
  • Handle inbound leads from PPC and online sources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current high-profile clientele and their handlers
  • Maintain up-to-date client and prospect records through a working knowledge of Salesforce (training will be provided). Source and produce reports and other statistical information as required
  • Ability to treat highly confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Assist with calendar management, planning meetings, deliveries and travel arrangements as required
  • All other tasks related to general office administration
