Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to set and follow through on deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Above-average analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Availability during regular business hours, as well as two weekend dates per month
- Prior experience as a C-suite executive assistant, UHNW travel agent, private aviation or outside sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP), North America, to drive overall sales goals for the company
- Resourceful and creative prospecting of new client targets using traditional methods, as well as smart social media
- Handle inbound leads from PPC and online sources
- Establish and maintain relationships with current high-profile clientele and their handlers
- Maintain up-to-date client and prospect records through a working knowledge of Salesforce (training will be provided). Source and produce reports and other statistical information as required
- Ability to treat highly confidential information in a discreet manner
- Assist with calendar management, planning meetings, deliveries and travel arrangements as required
- All other tasks related to general office administration
