Requirements
- 1+ years as a product owner / business analyst / product manager
- Demonstrated success in writing and executing on user stories, test cases, and launch activities
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience planning and facilitating sprint ceremonies
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of user-experience design principles
- Proficiency with data analytics
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and users to help determine current and future needs
- Translate customer needs into requirements for development
- Own and manage the development backlog of features and bugs
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize the backlog by customer impact and ROI
- Work effectively across engineering, design, customer success, QA, sales and marketing teams
- Review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, and identify risks
- Communicate ideas and build consensus among stakeholders
