Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years relevant supervisory experience (or Master's plus 6 years)
- At least 5 years of formal people management experience
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams or IPTs
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and communicate the solution vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with Development Leads to ensure architectural integrity
- Engage stakeholders to synthesize the technical solution
- Provide direct line management for senior engineers
- Lead and direct multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Facilitate cross-IPT collaboration and manage dependencies
- Drive accountability and execution excellence
- Manage resource allocation
