Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
- Proven track record building infrastructure as a product in complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud, hybrid, and regulated infrastructure deployments.
- Strong architectural instincts paired with pragmatic delivery experience.
- Experience with AI coding tools, model capabilities, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive alignment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage tight timelines.
- Bias for action and willingness to engage directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end infrastructure product vision, including installers and deployment tooling.
- Define and evolve infrastructure roadmap aligned with platform architecture and GTM strategy.
- Manage Product Infrastructure and Release Engineering teams.
- Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure enterprise-grade infrastructure design.
- Define success metrics for infrastructure delivery such as time-to-install and failure rates.
- Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise during high-risk pursuits.
- Build systems for reliable software releases and establish team boundaries.
- Incorporate real-world deployment feedback into product evolution.
