Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years leading product teams at the Director or Senior Director level.
- Proven success owning top-of-funnel/growth areas focused on conversion.
- Experience in sales-assisted or hybrid PLG/sales motions.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms like Statsig, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly.
- Experience with attribution modeling and CDPs.
- Experience scaling AI-powered growth tools at production level.
- Experience operating in cross-functional/matrixed environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data platforms, and AI/ML architectures.
- Deeply data-driven with experience running experiments and interpreting statistical significance.
Responsibilities
- Own the top-of-funnel experience for AI-first products.
- Drive GPV growth, conversion rate improvement, and sales efficiency.
- Define and own funnel metrics including visitor-to-lead rate, CAC, and revenue contribution.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across paid acquisition, merchandising, and sales enablement.
- Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation program using tools like Statsig or Optimizely.
- Lead development and deployment of AI-powered capabilities like sales agents and prospect ranking.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate needs into product solutions.
- Align Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Engineering teams to shared goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization.
- Establish clear priorities in a fast-paced environment.
