Requirements

10+ years of product management experience.
5+ years leading product teams at the Director or Senior Director level.
Proven success in top-of-funnel growth or conversion-focused product areas.
Experience in sales-assisted or hybrid PLG/sales motion.
Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms like Statsig, Optimizely, or LaunchDarkly.
Experience with attribution modeling and CDPs.
Direct experience scaling AI-powered growth tools such as lead scoring or personalization.
Experience managing complex initiatives within Salesforce.
Technical fluency with APIs, data platforms, and AI/ML capabilities.
Strong ability to operate in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

Own the entire top-of-funnel experience for AI-first products.
Drive GPV growth, conversion rate improvement, and sales efficiency.
Define and own success metrics including CAC, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across paid acquisition and merchandising.
Manage experimentation infrastructure and program roadmap.
Lead development of AI Sales Agents and automation capabilities.
Partner with Sales leadership to align product solutions with business needs.
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization.
