Requirements
- Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement strategic initiatives for process improvement and workflow enrichment.
- Strong capability in conducting data gathering, pipeline analysis, forecasting, and prioritizing projects based on data analysis and revenue impact.
- Expertise in managing and maintaining HubSpot (dashboards, reports) and other sales tools/automation platforms.
- Skill in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of processes, improvements, and automation solutions.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits to identify operational bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and process inefficiencies across the revenue engine.
- Collaborate with Success and Marketing teams to gather data, validate insights, and develop an understanding of current processes.
- Prioritize projects and improvement opportunities using data analysis, revenue impact, and overall team health indicators.
- Implement strategic initiatives that enhance processes, elevate workflow efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, design, and deploy scalable processes that increase sales productivity and support organizational growth.
- Maintain clear documentation of all processes, optimizations, and automation solutions to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities for process automation, leveraging HubSpot and other productivity tools.
- Own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of all HubSpot dashboards, reports, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Regularly audit hub to ensure proper usage, data hygiene, and alignment with operational standards.
- Evaluate, implement, and train teams on new tools, systems, and automation platforms to support efficiency at scale.
