Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate travel management and/or relocation coordination
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and relocation processes
  • Experience working with travel and relocation vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Understanding of visa processes, immigration requirements, and international mobility
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requests efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Planning, booking, and coordinating business trips (flights, accommodation, transportation, visas)
  • End-to-end coordination of employee relocations, including travel, temporary accommodation, and logistics
  • Supporting visa and immigration processes in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
  • Managing relationships with travel agencies, relocation vendors, airlines, and housing providers
  • Optimizing travel and relocation costs while maintaining comfort and efficiency for employees
  • Developing and maintaining travel and relocation policies and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
  • Supporting employees with travel and relocation-related requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitoring budgets and preparing regular reports on travel and relocation expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with visa, immigration, and travel regulations
  • Handling urgent changes, cancellations, and emergency situations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records for both travel and relocation processes
