Requirements

  • Proven SaaS sales experience selling into enterprise organisations (3,000+ FTE)
  • Experience in HR tech, legal tech, or professional services preferred
  • Track record of closing £100k+ deals
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes (procurement, legal, compliance)
  • Experience selling at Head of level or higher
  • Experience managing or coaching an SDR
  • Strong presentation, communication, and demo skills
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from pipeline to closing
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in partnership with a dedicated SDR
  • Run compelling product demos
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Manage implementation for enterprise clients
  • Lead commercial negotiations
  • Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and audits
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams
